In the name of God amen: I Edward William of the County of Tyrrell and Province aforesd. Gent. Being of sound and perfict mind memory but calling to mind the unsertanty of this mortal life do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoaking disannulling and making void all former Wills and Testaments by me heretofore named and as for such worldly Extate wherwith it hath pleased God to bless me with I give and devise the same in the manner follow.

Imprimis - I bequeath my soul unto Allmighty God who gave it & my body to be decently buried at the duretion of my Executors hereafter named and as for such worldly Extate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with I give and devise the same in the manner follow.

Item - It is my will & desire that all my lawfull debts be truly paid by my Executors as near as possable in kind and value as they shall appear to be due.

Item - I give and bequeath unto son Thomas William all my lands & plantation that I am now posest with also one horse.

Item - It is my Will and desire that if my son Thomas Williams decease without are that the said lands and plantation to my son Stephen Williams to him and his heirs forever.

Item - It is my will and desire that my daughter Eleaveth Williams one three year old heffer to her and her heirs forever.

Item - I give to my loved wife Ann Williams the third part of my lands and plantation and houses and the tird part of all my movable Estate during hur natural life and then to return after mentioned childn to wit James William Elizabeth William Ann Williams and Stephen William.

Item - I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann William two cowes and calves.

Item - I give to my son Stephen Williams one cow and calf.

Item - I give and bequeath to my daughter C Katon Harison one shilling sterling it is my will and desire that the rememder of my Estate to be eaquall devided between my children except my son Thomas William part hereto fore bequeath.

Lastly - I nomentate and appoint Ann William & Elizabeth William guardain to my daughter Ann & Stephen & Thomas and my wife and Daughter Ann William Elizabeth William and Stevens Lee Executed testimoney whereof I ahve hereunto set my hand and seal this June the 1 day 1765.

June Session 1765

Personally appeared James Ward and made oath that he saw and heard Edward Williams deceased publish sign seal his last will and testament & that he was of sound & desposing mind & memory & that he saw John Kennedy the other subscribing witness sign at the same time; ordered that the clerk certify the same to the Secretary of the Province that letters issue accordingly.

Personally appeared Ann Williams wife of Edward Williams deceased & qualified executrix of the last will and testament of the sd. Edward Williams deceased.

Personally appeared Ann Williams executrix of Edwd. Williams deceased & proved an inventory of the estate of sd. Edward & proved the same on her oath; ordered filed.
