In the name of God Amen. I Richard Whidbe being weak of body but in perfect mind & memory blessed be God for it. I doe heir make this as my Last will and testament. First I bequeath my sole unto God that give it & secondly I bequeth my body to the Earth to be buried in a Christian maner.

Item - I give unto my cossen Darby Phelps my Land which I now lives on & my beed and mi___ and one puter basson.

Item - I give unto Cudbath Philps to cows & calfes & one puter bassen.

Item - I give & bequeth unto my cosen George Philps all the rest of my whole and sole Estate be be my Executor and to take care to fullfill this as my will & testament this twenty ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred thirty five.
