In the name of God Amen--------

I George Whidbe at Allogator in precinct of Pasquotank and of county of Albermarle being sick & weak in body but in perfect sound mind & memory do hereby constude & make this my Last Will & Testament Reboaking all former wills by me made whatsoever. First I bequeath my sole to allmighty God our heavenly father which gave it and my body to ye earth from whence it came to be buried decent & in Cristen ___ ______ and after my ____ is ____ & my funeral ................................. Bequeath in manner and form followeth.

Item - I give unto my Richard Whidbe my plantation whereon I now dwell & all my land there unto belonging which is two hundred acres to ye said Richard Whidbe that is to have & to hold forever & if my son Richard Whidbe should before he arrives to ye age of one & twenty years or after without ............................................. and that land before mentioned shall fall to my son George Whidbe & his heirs forever.

Item - I give unto my son John Whidbe one cow & calf to him and his heirs forever.

Item - I give unto my son George Whidbe half of the land which I have on _____ ______ Aligator River to ye said George Whidbe & his heirs to have & hold forever .......... I give unto my cousin Richard Whidbe both to be equally divided between them ......................................... George Whidbe & Richard Whidbe ........................

Item - I give unto my son Richard Whidbe my best bed & furniture & my best chest & gun and one iron pot and ye ____ puter dish.

Item - I give unto my son George Whidbe one large iron pot and ye largest puter bason & a pare of mill___

Item - I give unto my daughter Ruth Whidbe one large puter bason & one puter plate & one small iron pot & ye priviledge in ye house to live if priveledge of abod to lie on as long as she remaines single.

Item - I give unto my daughter Jane Garner one small puter dish & one small puter bason and as for all ye rest of my estate moveable & immoveable I give & bequeath unto my two sons George Whidbe and Richard Whidbe & do hereby ______ & constitute & appoint my true and well beloved sons George Whidbe & Richard Whidbe to be my whole & sole executors of this my Last Will & Testament where unto I have here unto sett my hand & seal this twenty second day of March Ano Dio 1718.
