This is Surtify that I Levi Twidy desior that my property shall go to my children and creditors an that the lands and stock of Cranberry Island shall not be sold. And one cow and calf now at Benjamin Spencers should be put on Cranbery and the oldest of that stock used to pay for the care of the rest and that they shall be Eckly divided between the three children as thee become twenty one years old and I want Each one of my children to have a bed apiece and the Ballance of my cha(ttel?) property sold and placed to my creditors and the land on the level that I have sold to or Bargained to sell to J W Raynols I want the money to be Equally divided between my three children as they come twenty one years of age if the said J W Raynolds pay for the land and if he fails to pay for said land then I want the land to go to my son L. A. Twidy and I also want the bisnes of Sawyer & Twidy to be sitel up and the debts paid out of the property on hand and debts that is own to the firm of Sawyer & Twidy and the surplus to go to the children at the age of Twenty one years of age. My part or half of the entire profits. This I surtify to be my last will and Testament and is my will sign in me right mind and that D. T. Sawyer be executor to the said will sign in presences of

Levi Twidy Decd

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Levi Twidy is exhibited in open Court by T. D. Sawyer the executor therein named: and its thereupon proven by the oath and examination of James Leichfield and W H Hardison the subscribing witnesses thereto, each of whom being duly Sworn says that on the 24th of January AD 1882 he saw the said Levi Twidy Sign publish and declare in his presence and in the presence of each other said paper writing hereto annexed to be his last will and testament and each of said witnesses on oath says that at the same time and in the presence of each other and in the presence and request of the said Levi Twidy he and they subscribed their names as attesting witnesses to said will and that at that time they believe the said Levi Twidy was of Sound mind and in all respects competant to make a will.

Sworn and subscribed this the 24 day of May 1882 before me.
