In the name of God amen I William Tetterton of the County of Tyrel in the Province aforesaid being sick in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory thanks be to the Almighty do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in maner following, first I recomend my soul to God my Maker and my body to be buryed in a Christian like and decent maner at the descretion of my Executors, and as to such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose of the same in maner following. Viz.

First - I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Elisabeth all my moveable Estate until the day of her death or mariage and then to be divided among my children at my wifes descretion except the increase of my mare and it is my will and desire that my wife deliver them to my children as she breeds untill every one of my children has one - - -

Item - I do constitute nomenate nomenate and appoint my my friend Thomas Leary Executor and my loving wife Elisabeth Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revokeing and disanuling all former and other Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have signed sealed and published this to be my last Will and Testament this 16th day of Jany. Anno Dom 1759.

June Session 1762

Personally appeared John Leary and on his oath proved the last will and testament of William Teterton deceased and saith that he was of sound mind and memory & that he saw the other subscribing witnesses sign at the same time Keziah Leary.

September Session 1762

Personally appeared Elizabeth Taterton and exhibited inventory of the estate of William Taterton deceased and proved the same upon her oath.
