Frank Chesson having applied to me for a LICENSE for the marriage of Frank Chesson of Washington Co, aged 22 years, color white, the son of W Chesson and Euzela Chesson, the father now living, the mother living, resident of Washington Co And Josephine Patrick of Tyrrell Co, aged 17 years, color white, daughter of Sam Patrick and Mary Patrick, the father dead, the mother living, resident of Tyrrell Co.
And the written consent of Mary Patrick the mother of the said Josephine Patrick to the proposed marriage having been filed with me.
And there being no legal impediment to such marriage known to me, you are hereby authorized, at any time within one year from the date hereof, to celebrate the proposed marriage at any place within the said county.
