June Session 1809

Ordered that Henry German have administration on the estate of Isaac Sawyer, and has entered into bond of five hundred pounds with Abel Swayer and Josiah German securities.

Henry German returned into court an inventory on oath of the estate of Isaac Sawyer deceased.

Ordered that Joseph White Jno. A. Patrick Thomas Liverman & Timoth Jones Esqr. be appointed to lay off to the widdow of Isaac Smith deceased a years allowance and make return to next court. {This entry follows the other two entries above in the minute book. I believe the clerk wrote Smith instead of Sawyer by mistake. There is no evidence of an Isaac Smith dying in Tyrrell at this time.}

October Session 1811

Ordered that Timothy Jones Esqr. Joseph White and David Clayton audite and settle the accounts of Isaac Sawyer deceased and make return to next term.

Ordered that Timothy Jones Joseph White & David Clayton audite and settle the estate of Isaac Sawyer and make return to next court.

Transcriber's Notes:
The only document in the estate papers is the administrator's bond of Henry German cited in court minutes above.
