The 6 day of November 1759 this day Lamuel Swaner departed this life and desired Darbe Bryan to take his child and bring it up and to take his negro boy and all that belongd to him ye sd. Swaner in his life proved by ye oath of Obediah Bryan sworn before me.

Mr. Hardison exhibited an account of sales of the perishable part of the estate of Samuel Swanner deceased proved before Edmund Smithwick Esqr. amounting to the sum of 16 pounds, 12 shillings & 7 pence ordered filed.
