July Session 1817

Ordered that Carny Spencer have leave of administration on the estate of Soloman Spencer deceased and have entered into bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Benjn. S. Clayton Selby Armstrong & Aquilla Norman his securities.

Ordered that Carny Spencer administrator of the estate of Soloman Spencer deceased sell the perishable estate of said deceased agreeable to law & make return to the next term.

October Session 1817

The inventory & account of sales of Soloman Spencer was returned to court on oath by Harny Spencer the administrator & filed.

October Session 1818

Ordered that John A. Patrick Joseph White Timothy Jones & David Clayton Esqr. or any three of them audite & settle the estate of Solomon Spencer deceased with Carny Spruill the administrator & make return to next term.

January Session 1819

The audited account of Soloman Spencer deceased was returned to court by the administrator & filed.

Bond dated 14 Jul 1817 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Carney Spencer administrator of the estate of Soloman Spencer deceased, Benjamin S. Clayton, Selby S. Armstrong & Aquila Norman securities.

Several documents relating to a suit by Jeremiah Wynne against the estate of Soloman Spencer to recover a debt.


Transcriber's Notes:
This appears to be the Soloman Spencer who Nathan Spencer cites as his son in his will, written shortly before the apparent death of Soloman.
