July Session 1801

Ordered that Mr. John Swain have leave of administration on the estate of John Smith deceased and hath given bond in the some of five hundred dollars Peter Marriner & Benoni Hassell securities.

October Session 1804

The inventory of the estate of John Smith son of Mary Smith was returned in open court by the oath of John Swain administrator of the deceased.

Ordered that James Hoskins Elijah Warrington and Joseph Wynne or either of them audite and settle the accounts of John Smith deceased of Granny Smith and make return to next court.

January Session 1805

Ordered that James Hoskins Major Jesse Alexander & Joseph Wynne or any two of them be appointed to audite and settle the accounts of John Smith & Benjamin Smith sons of graney Smith and make return to next court.

April Session 1805

Ordered that James Hoskins Major Jesse Alexander & Jos. Wynne be appointed dividers and auditors to settle the estate of John Smith deceased & make return to next court.

July Session 1805

Ordered for auditing the estate of Jno. Smith be reviewed and Abner Alexander James Hoskins and M. E. Cator Esquires be appointed for that purpose.
