I Miriah L. Selby being of sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty of life, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

Item - It is my will and desire that my executrix herein after named pay all of my just debts out of the property herein after devised except that part in the next item. Also to pay out of the same property my burial expense, the latter not to exceed one hundred dollars.

Item - I give to my two grand daughters Ollive L. and Isabel Boomer Six hundred dollars. Three hundred dollars, each the same, to be paid to them by my executrix herein after named.

Item - I give and bequeath to my daughter Laura Lee Boomer all the remainder of my property real, personal, and mixed of every kind and description, to her, her heirs and assigns forever.

Lastly - It is my will and desire that should the said Laura Lee Boomer die without using or disposing of the property herein willed to her that she will this property or such as is left to her two daughters Ollive L. and Isabel. But it is not the intention of this clause to change the items listed above, but is simply a request not in any respect to be binding. She is to have the full right to use her own will and discretion as to whether she carries out this section.

A paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of M. L. Selby deceased, is exhibited before me by Laura L. Boomer and Thos. S. Long Atty. the executix therein mentioned and thereupon proven by the oath and examination of Jos. L. Spruill M.D. and C. B. McKeel Ph. G. the subscribing witnessess thereto: who being duly sworn, doth depose and say, that each for himself, that the said M. L. Selby signed said paper-writing in the presence of each and declared the same to be his last Will and Testament. The deponents futher said that at the time the said M. L. Selby subscribed her name she was of sound mind and memory and of full age to execute a will and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of this deponent. And futher these deponents say not.

This is my last Will and Testament to my son Percy Selby. I give and bequeath the notes I hold against him in full out of which he is to pay out all debts of last expenses. Witness my hand and seal the day above dated.

A paper purporting to be a codicil to the last Will and Testament of Mariah L. Selby deceased, is exhibited before me by T. M. Beasley and J. J. Brickhouse the subscribing witnisses who being duly sworn, doth disposeth and say, each for himself, that the said

Mariah L. Selby, in the presence of these deponents, did subscribe her name as aforesaid and declared this to be a codicil to her last Will and Testament. The deponents futher saith that at the time when the said testatrix subscribed her name to the cocidil aforesaid the said Mariah L. Selby was of sound mind and mamory, of full age to execute a will and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of these deponents. And futher these deponents say not
