Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1781
Ordered that John Gibson Esqr. sell all the perishable part of the estate of James Shawhon deceased and make returns to next court. The worshipful court valued the estate of James Shawhon to be worth eight thousand pounds.
Ordered that John Gibson Esqr. enter into bond of sixteen thousand pounds with the said court for his performance of the said estate.
April Session 1781
John Snell returned into open court on oath the account of sales of James Sheehon deceased ordered to be filed.
