In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Reynolds of the County and afore named being in Sound mind and deposed will do make and ordain this my last will and testament

1st After giving my soul to the God from which it came and my body to its mother dirt.

I do secondly give and bequeath to my Grandson Wm Warren Brickhouse 1 bed quilt called (preacher dream?) also 1 white counterpane and one blue and white - wove one, and one Bible and Hymn Book.

3d I give to my Aunt Elizabeth Swain or her daughter M. Z. Swain all the property she may have in her possession of mine at my death.

4th I give to Louis Raynolds 1 bed and the 1/3 part of my bed covering that has not been disposed of

5th I do give to Joseph E Reynolds one other bed and another 1/3 of the Covering.

6th I do give to Charlie C. Raynolds one other bed and the remaining 1/3 of the Covering.

7th I wish all of chattle property sold that has not been disposed of in the foregoing will and out such proceeds I wish my funeral expences settled and if a surplus I wish the Ballance to go to the Benefit of the primitive Baptist Church.

8 I wish what ready money I have on hand laid out for a set of tomb stones for myself and my husband Wm Reynolds

9th I do wish my friend W. S. Davenport and Elizabeth Swain to act as executor and executrix to the foregoing will given under my hand and seal this the 19th day of October 1882.

In the Probate Court

A paper writing bearing date of 19th October 1882 purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth Reynolds decd is exhibited in open court by W. S. Davenport one of the executors therein named and the due execution thereof is proven by the oath and examination of the said W. S. Davenport and J. W. Swain the subscribing witnesses thereto in manner and form following. The said W. S. Davenport and J. W. Swain being duly Sworn deposes and says and each for himself doth say that the said paper writing bearing date of October 19th 1882 purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth Raynolds exhibited for Probate by the said W. S. Davenport one of the executors aforesaid as therein named was on said day in their presence Signed Sealed published and declared by said Elizabeth Reynolds to be her last will and testament and that at the request of and in the presence of the said Elizabeth Reynolds and in the presence of each other the said W. S. Davenport and J. W. Swain subscribed their names as subscribing witnesses thereto. And furthermore that they believe that at the same time the said Elizabeth Reynold was of sound mind and memory and in all respects competant to and capable of making a will. Sworn to and subscribed before me Nov 8th 1882
