In the name of God amen I Fanny Raye of the State and County aforesaid being in perfect mind and memmery thanks be to God for the same theirfore cowling to mind the mortallity of my body and knowing that its aponted once for all men to die first of all recommending my soul in the hands of allmighty God that gave it and my body to the earth to be decesantly bured in a Christan bural at the discreson of my worthy executor and as touching such part of my worldley estate wharewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I dispose of in manner and form following to wit that is to say - -

I give and bequeath to my well beloved friend Levi Bateman Senr all my hole estate both rail and personal and my will is at the deceas of my friend Levi Bateman that he give one negro garl by the name of Charlott and her increas if any to Ann Bateman his daughter and to give one negro garl to Polly Bateman his daughter by the name of Aggey she & hir increase concluding my whole estate given to my friend Levi Bateman he and his heirs forever.

I make will constitute and ordain my friend Levi Bateman my sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking and disanuling all other instruments of writing or gifts whatsoever by me made or dun allowing this and no other to bee my last will and testament in witness I have hearunto set my hand seal this 30th day of March 1812.
