On motion of Francis Ward in behalf of Wm. Gardener for administration on the estate of Annis Ray administration granted.
William Gardener appeared in open court and returned the inventory on oath of the estate of Annis Ray ordered to be filed.
William Gardner appeared in open court and prayed administration on the estate of Annis Ray grand and gave in security Thos. Everitt & Francis Ward in a bond of 500 pounds.
