Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
October Session 1790
Ordered that Latitia Rogers have leave of administration on the estate of John Rogers deceased her late husband and give bond in 50 pounds Stephen Swain and John Swain his son securities & qualifyed.
Also the said Latitia Rogers administratrix of John Rogers deceased returns into court an inventory of the estate of the said deceased on oath ordered filed.
Ordered that Latitia Rogers administratrix of John Rogers deceased have leave to sell as much of the perishable estate of the said deceased as will discharge the deceased debts and make return to next court.
July Session 1791
Ordered that Anne Lee Latitia Rogers adminx. of John Rogers deceased have leave to sell the estate of said deceased and make return to next court.
October Session 1791
Col. Joseph Spruill exhibits into court Anne Latitia Rogers bond of 50 pounds for the support & maintenance of a bastard child begot of her body, ordered filed.
April Session 1793
Ordered that Anne Latitia Rogers be appointed guardian to her daughter Keziah and give bond 100 pounds Jose Spruill & John Dillon securities.
