July Session 1813
Ordered that Ozias Roughton have leave of administration on the estate of Ann Roughton deceased and has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds John Roughton & Enoch Hassell securities Justices present Richard Wood Joseph Ansley and Daniel Sawyer on the bench.
Ordered Ozias Roughton administrator of Ann Roughton deceased have leave to sell the movable estate of Ann Roughton deceased and make return to next court.
October Session 1813
Hosias Roughton as administrator on the estate of Nancy Roughton returns to this court on oath no property to be found to inventory - - belonging to said estate.
North Carolina Archives Bond dated 12 Jul 1813 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Ozias Roughton administrator of the estate of Ann
Roughton deceased, John Roughton & Enoch Hassell securities.
