Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
October Session 1790
Ordered that Nathaniel Williams have leave of administration on the estate of Samuel Pitts deceased and give bond 100 pounds Richard Howett security & qualifyed.
Nathaniel Williams administrator of Samuel Pitts deceased returns into court an inventory of the said deceased estate on oath and ordered to be filed.
Ordered that Mr. Benjamin Spruill deliver & pay unto Nathaniel Williams administrator of Samuel Pitts deceased the sum divided to the said deceased and lodged in the hands of the said Benja. Spruill by Francis Cummins guardian to the said Samuel Pitts deceased.
Ordred that Francis Cummins guardian of Samuel Pitts deceased be allowed his account against said deceased to the amount of 5 pounds & 15 shillings rendered into court by Mr. Benjamin Spruill attorney for said Fr. Cummins.
