July Session 1801

Ordered that Clarke Perisho orphan of Rufus Perisho be bound to Devotion Perisho to learn to be a seamstress and be educated agreeable to Act of Assembly.

August Session 1808

Ordered that William Mason be appointed guardian for Sally Perisho and Clarkey Perisho and has given bond in the sum of two hundred pounds Nehemiah Norman security.

Ordered that Thomas Leigh Thomas Garrett Wm. Aplegate John Melson & Abraham Alexander with John Swain Surveyor to goe on the land of Rufus Parrisher deceased and divide the land amongs the heirs of said deceased and make returns next term.

Guardian bond dated 3 August 1808 in the amount of 500 pounds in which William Mason is appointed guardian to Sally Perisho & Clarkey Perisho orphans of Rufus Perisho deceased with Nehemiah Norman security.

Petition of William Mason guardian of Sally Perisho & Clarkey Perisho in August Term 1808. Rufus Perisho father of Sally & Clarkey Perisho died seized of 200 acres of land and they are the only living heirs. The petition asks that commissioners be appointed to lay off their part of this land.
