June Session 1809
Ordered that Jeremiah Phelps have leave of administration of the estate of John Phelps and has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Harmon Alexander & Jesse Swain securities.
Ordered that Jeremiah Phelps have leave to sell the chattel property of John Phelps deceased & make due return.
September Session 1809
Jeremiah Phelps returned in court on oath the inventory of the estate of John Phelps deceased filed.
March Session 1810
Solomon Hassell Esquire returned in court the jury of inquisitions return over the body of John Phelps bill of cost annexed thereto as follows coroner fee 44 shillings constable 37shillings & 8 pence - 4 pounds, 13 shillings & 8 pence.
July Session 1811
Ordered that Levi Batman Esqr. Uriah Carswell and Jesse Phelps audite the accounts between the heirs of John Phelps Junr. and Jeremiah Phelps his administrator and make return next court.
