In the name of God Amen: I Priscilla Overton being of sound mind and memory, but infirm in body, do make this my last will and testament. And first I commend my soul to the disposal of that Almighty being from whence it came - & my body I wish to be decently intered and the expenses be paid out of the property herin after mentiond ---

Item - I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Priscilla Todd all the household furniture, consisting of four chairs 1 table 1 bead sted & bead and furnituer, all the crocky ware, consisting of plates, dishs, cups and saucrs, bowls, pitcher and every thing like crockery, all the earthen & wooden ware, all the tin ware, all the Iron ware, spoons knives & forks, Flat irons, linen wheel, two new cards, all the cotton & woolen yarn.

Item - I give and bequeath to my son Hardy Todd 1 beddsed, bed & furntur, chest, ax & hoes ---

Item - I give and bequeath to my son Lewis Todd 1 cow and calf ax & hoe ---

Item - I give and bequeath to my daughter Betsey Bateman twenty five cents ---

Item - I give to my daughter Airess Gray twenty five cents ---

All the residue of the property herein not bequeathed I leave to be sold by my executors named below and after paying my funeral expenses to be divided equally among my three children Prsina, Lewis & Hardy ---

I leave my trusty friend Wilson Lamb my executor and guardn to my two sons Lewis & Hardy. In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this the 5 day of Jany 1832.
