April Session 1812

Ordered that Lemuel Basnight have leave of administration on the estate of Enoch Nicholes and has entered into bond in the sum of two hundred pounds and gave Thomas Leigh Esqr. his security.

Ordered that Lemuel Basnight administrator of Enoch Nicholes have leave to sell the chattel property of the said Enoch Nicholes and make return to next court.

January Session 1814

The account of sales of the estate of Enoch Nichols deceased was returned to court by Lemuel Basnight administrator and ordered to be filed.

April Session 1814

Ordered that Saml. Spruill Danl. Sawyer & John Alexander Capn. audite & settle the accounts of the administrators of Enoch Nichols deceased & make return to next term.

July Session 1814

The audited account of Enoch Nichols was returned to court & ordered filed.
