I Cornelius Morris of Tyr{top right quarter of will missing}
body but of perfect mind {top right quarter of will missing}
for the same calling to {top right quarter of will missing}
for all men once to die do {top right quarter of will missing}
last will and testament {top right quarter of will missing}
to God that gave it and my {top right quarter of will missing}
discretion of my executors {top right quarter of will missing}
as to my worldly goods {top right quarter of will missing}

1st I give to my daughter {top right quarter of will missing}
and furniture and one {top right quarter of will missing}

2ly I lend to my well beloved {top right quarter of will missing}
use of all the remainder of {top right quarter of will missing}
personal makeing no waste {top right quarter of will missing}
death to be as follows

3ly I gave to my son Richard {top right quarter of will missing}
to him and his heirs forever {top right quarter of will missing}

4ly I gave to my three y{top right quarter of will missing}
Morris Tamer Morris & J{torn} Morris {torn} remainder of my estate both real & personal to be equily devided amongst them three to them and their heirs forever -

I nominate and appoint my wife Cathrine Morris and my son Jonathan Morris executors to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Cornelius Morris here unto set my hand and fixt my seal this twenty seventh day of Febr. 1795 -

October Session 1799

The last will and testament of Cornelius Morris was introduced in open court and proved by the oath of Nathan Basnight one of the subscribing witnesses ordered to be recorded.

Personally appeared Catherine Morris in open court and quallifyed executrix of the last will and testament of Cornelius Morris deceased according to due form of law.

An inventory of the estate of Cornelius Morris deceased was returned in open court by the executrix on oath ordered filed.

Ordered that Catherine Morris executrix of Cornelius Morris deceased have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of said deceased and make returns to next court.
