Read the petition of Charlton Mizell in the custody of the Sheriff of Tyrrel on execution at the suit of Martha Moore administratrix of Jos. Moore deceased and delivered a siddle of his estate and took the oath appointed to be taken by insolvents debters &c ordered discharged being first delivered up by his bail.
