In the name of God Amen I Michiel Minchee do make this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows Viz my executor herein after mentioned shall provide for my body a deacent burial, sutible to the wishes of my relations and friends and payings all my just debts to whosoever owing~

Item I give unto my beloved wife Mary Minchee all of my property bouth real and personal consisting of land & stock of every discriptions House hold and Kitching furniture carts plows and ally my farming implements my horse cart money and (--?)ter, during her natural life.

Item at the, death of my beloved wife Mary Minchee my will and desire is that it shall then go Zilphey Frances Hassell and should she die without a lawful heir her body. My will and desire is that it shall then go to the Baptist Church of Little Allegator~

Item. I appoint my trusty friend Ephraim Leigh my executor, Given under my hand and seal this 1st day May 1868.

This day was exhibited in open Court for probate by Ephiarum Leigh, a paper purporting to be the Last will and testament of Michael Minchee at which time and place appeared W.T. Roughton and Ephraim Pritchett. The subscribing witness thereto who being sworn, said that Michael Minchee executed said paper writing as his Last will and Testament in these presence, and that they and each of them in his presence signed the same as subscribing witnesses these and that in thise opinion the said Michael Minchee was of sound and disposing mind and memory. On motion it is declared to be the Last will and Testament of Michael Minchee, And it is ordered that the Same be recorded together with this certificate.
