Ordered that Jno. Alexander be appointed guardian to the heirs of Benjamin Mann deceased no bond required.

April Session 1802

Jesse Alexander the return of Mariam Mann dower of land as laid off by the jury appointed last term filed.

Petition for dower in October term 1801 by Mariam Mann widow of Benjamin Mann deceased who died in 1796 possessed of 50 acres on the south side of Little Alligator Creek.

Notice in October Term 1801 to Devotion Twiddee John Alexander Constable guardian to the heirs of Benjamin Mann deceased to appear at the next court if he has any objections to dower being layed off to Mariam Mann widow of Benjamin Mann deceased.
