Read the petition of Thomas Mann praying administration on the estate of his brother William Mann &c. Granted on giving security in the sum of two hundred pounds proclamation money which is accordingly given by Joshua Alexander and Isaac Hassell. Further ordered that he sell the perishable estate &c.
Thomas Mann exhibited & proved on his oath an inventory of the estate of William Mann ordered filed
