October Session 1820
Administration on the estate of Mary Midyett deceased was committed to Richd. Spruill and entered into bond with approved security. Ordered that letters of administration issue thereon & that he proceed to sell the perishable estate of said deceased and account for the same as the law directs.
January Session 1821
Inventory & account sales of estate of Mary Midyett deceased was returned to court on oath by Richd. Spruill the administrator amounting to $61.70 & filed.
