Read the petition of John Combs & Robert McCray praying a division of the estate of Robert McCray deceased ordered that Collo. Stevens Lee, John McKildo Esqr. Andrew Long Thomas Learey or any three of them divide the estate of the aforesaid Robert McCray deceased and make return to our next court.
