Ordered that Martin R. Byrd have leave of administration on the estate of Nicholas McCullom and give security in a bond of 500 pounds.
January Session 1794
Martin R. Byrd administrator of Nicholas Mcolm deceased exhibits in open court on oath an inventory of said estate filed.
