July Session 1826

Ordered that Charles McClees be appointed administrator on the estate of Jno. McClees and that he give bond in three thousand dollars and he gave {blank}.

April Session 1827

Ordered that Charles McClees be allowed $70.25 for board & clothing Samuel & Thos. McClees orphans of John McClees fom 7 August last to this time.

January Session 1828

Ordered that Jos. White Dempsey Liverman & Saml. Patrick be appointed to audite & settle the estate of Jno. McClees with administrator Charles McClees.

Charles McClees Esq. returned the account of the hire of the negroes of Jno. McClees for the year 1828.

Ordered that Charles McClees Esq. be allowed out of the estate of Jno. McClees seventy two dollars for board and clothing of the children for nine months.

April Session 1828

Ordered that Charles McClees guardian of Jno. McClees be allowed one hundred and sixty dollars for board & clothing of Saml. & Thos. McClees from August 1826 to this term.

Ordered that Dempsey Liverman, Jos. White, Saml. C. Patrick be appointed auditors to settle the estate of Jno. McCleese with the administrator and make return to court.

July Session 1828

Charles McClees returned the audited account of the estate of Jno. McClees Jr. & filed.

January Session 1829

Ordered that Charles McClees be appointed guardian to Saml. & Thomas McClees orphans of John McClees deceased.

April Session 1829

Charles McClees guardian of Saml. & Thos. McClees returned an account of the hire of the negroes for 1829.

January Session 1833

Charles McClees guardian to Jno. McClees' heirs returned his account for the years 1829, 30, 31 & 32.
