Dated 7 October 1828

In the name of God Amen: I Mary Liverman of the State and County aforesaid being in a low state of health of body but of perfect sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament -

First of all - I give my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it, and as touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with, I give and dispose of in the following manner Viz:

Item - I give to my daughter Polly Liverman to one half of negro boy by the name of Richard and one Cuppoard with all the crockery ware belongin in it to one chest, to one small trunk. ---

Item - Then it is my will for the balance of my estate after my lawful debts is paid, to be equally divided amongst all my living heirs Martha Cooper, Sarah Liverman, Polly Liverman, Nancy Dunbar & Elias Liverman and I also appoint Dempsy Liverman my true and lawful executor to this my last will and testament &c &c October 7th 1828

October Session 1833

The last will and testament of Mary Liverman deceased was exhibited in open court & proved by the oath of Dempsy Liverman who swore he saw William Liverman the subscribing witness thereto to sign the same in the presence of the testator - at the same time came Dempsy Liverman the executor and qualified in due form of law.

January Session 1834

Dempsy Liverman executor of Mary Liverman returned into open court inventory & account of sales of said estate - also the guardian account of Isaac Liverman's heirs.

Note dated 15 Nov 1833 promising to pay Dempsey Liverman as executor to the estate of Mary Liverman deceased on order six months afer the date of this note the sum of twenty four dollars. Signed by Tuley Cahoon, Fredrick Liverman & Thomas Cahoon and witnessed by Fredrick Patrick.

Bond dated 31 Oct 1834 in the amount of $236.72 in which Patsy Cooper, Polly Liverman, Elias Liverman & James Dunbar, heirs at law of Polly Liverman deceased acknowledge that thay have received their full distributive share of the personal estate of said Polly Liverman of $236.72 and bind themselves to pay their share of any claims against the estate that may subsequently be made.

Warrant dated 8 Nov 1834 for Tuly Cohoon, Frederick Liverman & Thomas Cohoon to appear before a Justice of the Peace to answer the complaint of Dempsey Liverman executor of the estate of Mary Liverman deceased to the use of James Dunbar for the sum of twenty four dollars.

Warrant dated 3 Mar 1836 for Tuly Cohoon & Frederick Liverman to appear at John A. Patrick's store house on Saturday the 5th of March to show cause why judgement should not be entered against them on a former judgement bearing date November the 8th 1834 in favor of Dempsey Liverman to the use of James Dunbar for the sum of twenty four dollars with interest from 15 Apr 1834 and a former cost of one pound..
