Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1824
Administration on the estate of William Liverman was committed to Adamant Liverman who entered into bond with approved security & quallified agreeable to law. Ordered that letters of administration issue thereon & that he proceed to sell the perishable estate of said deceased & account for the same as the law directs.
April Session 1824
An inventory of the estate of William Liverman returned by Adamant Liverman guardian amounting to $137.08. {Should say administrator, not guardian.}
October Session 1825
Ordered that Jno. A. Patrick Joseph White, & Timothy Jones be appointed to audite & settle the estate of William Liverman deceased with Adamant Liverman the administrator.

Bond dated 30 Dec 1823 in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars appointing Adamant Liverman administrator of the estate of William Liverman deceased with Jeremiah Wynne & Carney Spencer securities.
Inventory by Adamant Liverman of William Liverman Senr. deceased in which he returns in July Term 1824 the sum of $13.54 in interest on $90.33 for thirty months which had not been returned in the first inventory.
