April Session 1804

Ordered that Asa Lasher orphan of John Lasher be bound to Nathan Spruill until he arrives to the age of twenty one years to be learned to read write and cypher as the law directs say to the rule of three.

July Session 1804

Ordered that Nathan Spruill have leave of administration on the estate of John Lasher and hath given bond in the sum of two hundred pounds William Spruill & Joseph Ansley securities.

January Session 1805

Nathan Spruill administrator of John Lasher deceased returned in open court the account of sales of said deceased amount 12 pounds, 13 shillings & 9 pence.

October Session 1806

Ordered that John Swain John Davenport and Jesse Spruill be appointed to audite the accounts of the administrator of John Lasher deceased and make return to next court.
