Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
January Session 1782
Elizabeth Leary appeared in open court and prayed administration on the estate of Richd. Leary deceased granted and gave in security Hezekiah Young & John Leary in a bond of 400 pounds.
Ordered that Elizabeth Leary have leave to sell so much of the perishable part of the estate of Richd. Leary as shall discharge the debts and make return to next court.
April Session 1782
Abraham Jennett returned in open court on oath the account of sales of Richard Leary deceased ordered to be filed.
Appeared Elizabeth Stealey in open court & exhibited an acct. against the estate of Richd. Leary deceased & ordered to be filed.
