A division of land between the heirs of David Cooper and Joseph Leach deceased and appointed commissioners Joseph Spence Elisha Belanga Josiah Sawyer Jared Boughton & Job McGound and make return this term as ? at last term.
The division of the land as mentioned above was returned court by John Swain Surveyor.

David Cooper and Joseph Leach obtained 800 acres on the east side of Great Alligator River by state grant on 28 Sep 1791.
