July Session 1786

Ordered that Lemuel Keeter be bound unto Joseph Hassell for the term of six years & an half & the said Joseph Hassell is to learn the said Lemuel Keeter orphan boy of William Keeter the art & mistery of a cord winder & to read write & cypher as far as the rule of three.
