County Court
December 10, 1914

A paper written without subscribing witnesses purporting to be the last Will and Testament of F. F. Kemp, deceased, is exhibited for probate in open court by Mrs. F. F. Kemp, widow of the deceased. It is thereupon proven by the oath and examination of the said, that the will was found among the valuable papers and effects of the said F. F. Kemp after his death. It is futher approved by the oath of three competent and credible witnesses, John W. Bennett, E. R. Davenport and S. L. Barnes, that they are acquainted with the handwritting of the said F. F. Kemp. It is futher proven by the last three witnesses that the handwriting is generally known to the acquaintances of the said F. F. Kemp. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the last Will and Testament of the said F. F. Kemp. The same is ordered to be recorded and filed.
