October Session 1806

Ordered that Josiah Jarman have leave of administration on the estate of John Jarman deceased and has given bond in the sum of two hundred pounds Michael Best and Caleb Spencer his securities.

Josiah Jarman returned in court on oath the inventory of the estate of John Jarman deceased filed.

Ordered that Josiah Jarman have leave to sell the perishable estate of John Jarman deceased and make return to next court.

Ordered that an orphan boy named William Jarman be bound to Josiah Jarman to learn the art and mistery of a cordwinder and be educated agreeable to law.

April Session 1807

Josiah Jarman returned in court on oath an account of sales of the estate of John Jarman deceased to the amount of {blank}.

Ordered that Robert Sawyer Senr. Joseph White and Abel Sawyer Timothy Jones Esqr. and Joseph Sawyer be appointed to lay off a years provition out of the estate of John Jarman to his widdow Mary Jarman and make return to next court.

August Session 1808

Ordered that Timothy Jones Esqr. Robert Sawyer Senr. Joseph White Abel Sawyer be appointed to lay off a years allowance to Mary German out of the estate of John German and make return to next court.

November Session 1808

Joseph White and others appointed to lay off to Mary German her years allowance out of the estate of John German deceased do allow the said widdow eighty five dollars out of the above estate filed the return.

June Session 1809

Josiah German returned in court the audited accounts of the estate of John German deceased filed.

Garman, John, 1808


Report of the laying off to Mary Garman her year's allowance out of the estate of John Garman deceased on 31 Oct 1808 agreeable to court order in August Term 1808. It states all the estate has been sold and she was allowed eighty five dollars out of the proceeds. Commissioners were Joseph White, Robert Sawyer, Timothy Jones & Abel Sawyer
