In the name of God Amen. Send greeting in our Lord God everlasting know yee that I Soloman Jordian of North Carroliona Planter being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory praise be to God for ye same and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to dye and calling to mind the uncertainty of life and the mortality of my body doe make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament and I doe hereby revoke all former wills by me heretofore made therfor principaly and first of all I comitt my Soule to ye hands of allmighty God and maker hoping this his mercies and ye merritt of my Saviour Jesus Christ to obtaine remission for all my sins and as for my body I committ the ground to be buried in a decent manner at ye discretion of my Executors here after named and for my worldly goods which it hass pleass God to endow me with after my just debts is paid and discharged I give and bequeath in manner and forme following

Item - I give bequeath unto my loving wife ye best bed and bed cloaths and my riding horse and an iron pott holding six gallons and all the other household goods to be equally divided between my well beloved daughters and my wife.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my well beloved sonn Abraham Jordian two hundred acres of land with my plantation lying and being on the north side of Co_hia River with houses fenceing orchard hunting and hawking fishing and fowling and every of the apperttenuances thereunto belonging freely to enjoy the pre___sses of the land

Item - I give and bequeath unto the child that my loving wife goes with now please God she is __ safely delivered and yt it is a boy to enjoye an hundred forty acres joyning upon Edward Grife to enjoye it and take possession at ye age of twenty one years of age to him and his heirs forever and if it be a girle my well beloved son Abraham to enjoy ye whole tract and plantation to him and his heirs forever. I give and bequeath to my loving son Abraham Jordian joyning upon Edward Bird a tract of land containing four hundred acres more or less to him and his heirs forever to enjoy at ye age of twenty one years and two guns and a case of pistles and my ___ the a cow and calfe with her encrease forever and a mare colt and her encrease forever to be delivered witin tenn days after this my will is proved and thire encrease to be putt in my mark and my Abraham hold my mark forever. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Luarresier an irron holding tenn gallons a bed and a blankett and rugg a cow and a calfe and to be delivered tenn days after my will is proved and her encrease to be marked and ye mark record to __ my daughter forever. I give and bequeath unto my well beloved daughter Rebecca a bed and bed clothes and an iron pott holding foure gallons and an irron cettle an cow and calfe to be delivered within tenn day after my will is proved and a mark to be recorded in her name Directly. Finally I give unto my daughte Rebecca a mare and her encrease forever to be branded in her name directed as befor I have said.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my loving brother Roger Snell a bed hide.

Lastly - I nominate and appointe my worthly friend Maj. Robert West and my loving Executor and Executorrix of this my Last Will and Testament In wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand seal this third day of March one seven hundred twenty one two
