Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
April Session 1791
Ordered that Corban Jones have leave to administer on the estate of Ebenezer Jones deceased and give bond in 200 pounds John Poole & Wm. Banks securities and took the oath agreeable to law.
Also the said Corban Jones returns into court an inventory of the estate of said Ebenezer Jones deceased ordered to be filed.
Ordered that Corban Jones administrator have leave to sell the estate of Ebenezer Jones deceased and make return to next court.
July Session 1791
John Snell Dputy Sheriff exhibits into court an account of sales of the estate of William Jones to amount of 46 pounds, 5 shillings & 1 pence.
