April Session 1832

Ordered that William Weskett be permitted to administer on the estate of Betsy Howett who entered into security with Ephm. Mann & Jeremiah Weskett in the sum of $100.

January Session 1833

Ordered that Ephraim Mann be appointed administrator de bonis non on the estate of Betsy Howett.

Bond dated 23 Apr 1832 in the amount of one thousand dollars appointing William Weskett administrator of the estate of Betsy Howett deceased, Ephraim Mann & Jeremiah Weskett securities.

Summons dated the fourth Monday in July 1832 and issued 27 July 1832 for Richard Howett, Enoch Hassel & Mathew Brickhouse to appear in court on the fourth Monday in October next to answer unto the governor to the use of Will Weskett administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Howett deceased in a plea that they tender unto them the sum of fifteen hundred dollars which they owe and detain to his damage one thousand dollars.


Transcriber's Notes:

The first administrator, William Weskett, died by January Term 1833.
