March Session 1810

Ordered that William Howett have leave of administration on the estate of Archibald Howett and has given {blank}.

Ordered that William Howett have leave to sell the chattel roperty of Archibald Howett deceased and make return to next court.

June Session 1810

William Howett returned on oath the account of sale & inventory of the estate of Archibald Howett filed.

October Session 1811

Ordered that Abner Alexander John Swain and Thomas Meekins audite and settle the estate of Archibald Howett & William Howett administrator.

January Session 1812

Ordered that John Swain Abner Alexander Thomas Meekins audit & settle the accounts of the estate of Archibald Howett deceased & make return to next term.

April Session 1812

John Swain returned in court the audited account of Archibald Howett deceased and find a ballance due the administrator of thirty six dollars and six cents ordered filed.

Bond dated 27 Mar 1810 in the amount of one hundred pounds appointing William Howet administrator of the estate of Archibald Howett deceased, Moses E. Cator & Jesse Alexander securities.

Execution dated 11 Apr 1814 and issued in May 1814 against the estate of Archibald Howett in the hands of his administrator William Howett for 31 pounds, 4 shillings & 9 pence which Mary Swain administratrix of Jeremiah Swain recovered for cost in a suit between the two parties.
