Ordered that James Hassell have leave of administration on the estate of Ann Hassell executrix of Joseph Hassell deceased and has entered into bond in the sum of two thousand pounds Col. Zebulon Tarkenton & Joseph White security.
Ordered that James Hassell administrator of Ann Hassell deceased have leave to sell the perishable estate of said deceased and make returns to next court.
