March Session 1764

Philles Hartly came into court and relinquished her right of administration to Joshua Alexander of William Hartly her deceased husband who appears to the court to be the greatest creditor ordered that he have administration on giving security in the sum of two hundred pounds procla. money by Theopelous Mann, Abraham Hassell.

December Session 1764

Ordered that William Barns & Isaac Hassell are appointed to audit the accts. of Joshua Alexander admr. of William Hartly and report the same to our next court.

March Session 1765

Ordered that William Barns, Isaac Hassell to audiet & inspect the account of Joshua Alexander administer of William Hartly deceased.

June Session 1765

Ordered that Isaac Hassell, Benjamin Hassell, & William Barns or any two of them inspect the acct. of Joshua Alexander administrator of William Hartly deceased and make due return of such their proceedings to our next court.

Ordered that summons issue for Capt. William Barns to appear & shew cause wherefor he the sd. William did not attend & audit the estate of Joshua Alexander administrator of William Hartly deceased according to an order of this court.
