March Session 1757

The petition of William Henson read praying a devision of the estate of William Gardner Junr. Granted and John Hardeson Esqr., Joshua Everrett, Luke Mezle are appointed deviders of the estate & to return the same to next court.

September Session 1760

William Hinson exhibits a division of the estate of William Gardiner deceased between the widow and children agreeable to an order of this court ordered to be filed.

On motion of William Hinson praying an order to sell the perishable part of the estate of William Gardiner deceased, granted & to make returns to next court.

March Session 1761

Personally appeared William Hinson and exhibited an account of sails of the parishable estate of Wm. Gardiner Junr. deceased and proved the same upon his oath.

June Session 1759 ?

On motion of William Hinson for a devision of the estate of William Gardiner Junr. deceased between the widow now wife of the sd. William Hinson and the children of the sd. William Gardiner deceased. Ordered that John Hardison Esqr., Luek Meazel and Joshua Hardison are appointed to divide the aforesd. estate or any two of the sd. gentm. and make returne to next court.

Gardner, William, 1759


Division of the estate of William Gardner deceased between the widow and his three children in June Court 1759. Widow is not named. Children are Jerusha Gardner, eldest daughter, Amelia Gardner & Mary Gardner. Each share is only valued at around 4 pounds, so this is a small estate.
