April Session 1781

On motion of Mr. Hezekiah Spruill ordered that Soloman Fitzpartrick orphan of Cornelous Fitzpartrick be bound to Elezeaser Swain until he comes to the age of twenty one years to learn the art and mistry of a cordwinder and that the sd. Elezear Swain is to cause the said prentice to be taught to read and rite and syfer as far as the rule of threes and at the expiration of the sd. Patrick's servitude the sd. Swain is to give two suits of good clothes also a good set of shoemakers tools.

July Session 1781

Devotion Parisho appeared in open court and prayed administration on the estate of Cornelous Fhitchpartrick deceased granted the said Perisho appeared into open court and quallified according to law and gave in security James Lucas & Willm. Freeman in a bond of 50,000 pounds.

Ordered that Hezekiah Spruill Willm. Howett & Joseph Pledger Esqr. divide the estate of Cornelous Fhitchpartrick deceased among the heirs as the law directs and make returns to next court.

January Session 1782

Ordered that Soloman Fhitchpartrict orphan be discharged from his apprints ship to Elezr. Swain.
