May Session 1771

On motion ordered that Benjamin Galard {Gaylord on bond} for administration on the estate of James Fenney deceased &c; granted and enters James Long & Joshua Swain in the sum of 200 pounds who are approved of by the court.

Read the petition of Benjamin Galard praying an order to sell the perishable estate of James Fenny &c the petition granted &c.

February Session 1773

On motion of Mr. Thomas Jones attorney at law ordered that Thomas Wiley & Isaac Long do stand security with one Benjamin Gaylard in the sum of two hundred pounds procla. money for the said Benjamin Gaylard's administration on James Finney's estate.

August Session 1774

An account of the administration of Benjamin Gaylord on the estate of James Finney was returned by said Gaylord ordered to be recorded.

Bond dated 27 Feb 1773 in the amount of two hundred pounds appointing Benjamin Gaylord administrator of the estate of James Fenney deceased, Thos. Wiley & Isaac Long securities.
