June Session 1758

The petition of Perthany Fagan read praying administration on the estate of William Fagan deceased ordered granted and enters for sureties John Hardison Esqr. & Richd. Fagan, two hundred pounds procla.

September Session 1758

Personaly appeared Perthena Fagan and took the oath of administrix.

Personally appeared Perthena Fagain and exhibited the inventory of William Fagain deceased and proved the same by her oath. Ordered recorded and filed.

September Session 1759

Personally appeared William Cirkeet deputy sheriff and exhibited an account of the estate of William Fagan deceased and proved the same upon his oath. Ordered to be filed.

June Session 1759 ?

Personally appeared James Blount, John Hardison Esqr., John Daly and Benjamin Blount and exhibited the division of the estate of William Fagan deceased & c. Ordered to be recorded and filed.

On motion of William Rhoads for an order to sell the perishable part of the estate of William Fagan deceased divided to his son. Ordered that the childs Thomas Fagan part be sould and the account returned to our next court.

February Session 1776

On motion ordered that Coll. Stevens Lee be appointed guardian to Thomas Fagan son of William Fagan & gives security Henry Downing & Archd. Corrie in the sum of six hundred ounds.

Division of the estate of William Fagan deceased between the widow of said deceased now wife of William Rhoads and his son Thomas Fagan. One negro girl named Sue to the widow and one negro boy named Peter to Thomas Fagan. Recorded in June Session 1759.
