In the name of God Amen I Nathaniel Everitt of the parish of St Andrewas and Province of North Carolina Planter being of sound mind and memorey knowing the frialty of human nature after recommending my Soule to allmighty God in full hoope of a safe and such rescreation to everlasting life I make and constitute this my Last Will and testement disposing of all my worldly Goods in manner and form fowiling

Item - I give to Nathaniel Everitt of New River one Shilling Starling

Item - I give to Elizebeth or Mary Everitt of Mereland one Shilling Starling.

Item - I give to Elizebeth Ray one Shilling Starling

Item - I give to Nathaniel Everit of Mereland one Shillng Starling

Item - I give to Sary Faggin one Shilling Starling

Item - I give my Lands and Plantation to Nathaniel Everitt of the parish of St. Andrewas in the Countey of Tyral and province of North Carolina which sd. Nathaniel Everitt was born att Kindreck Creek in the year one thousand Seven hundred and Seven and a plantation then belonging to Edward Mosley Esq. To be injoyed and possed by him and his hiers or asins forever with all my other Estate real and porsenel and do apint him the Sd. Nathaniel Everitt the hool and Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testement in witness hearof I have hear unto Set my hand and Seal this 2nd day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and forty nine.

This Last Will & Testement of Nathaniel Everet of said County Des'd. was exhibited into open court & proved by the oathes James Rhoades Thos. Everet and Ann Beckley subcribing evidances thereto & on motion of Nathaniel Everet Senr. who qualified as Executor to the sd. Des'd. will praying orders for Letters Tesramantory ordered that the Honorable Nathaniel Rice Esq. Secretary of his Deputy have notice thereof that Letters may issue according.
